Friendly staff, serviced apartment-like rooms, central location with access to convenience stores, restaurants, and a pub. Quiet rooms, long lap pool, perfect for families. Comfortable bed, warm seat toilet with bidet, wide variety of TV channels. Prompt resolution of oven and electricity issues. Excellent customer service and assistance with luggage and taxi. Clean room, family-oriented property. Walking distance to food street, malls, and convenience stores.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any enquiries we had. The service housekeeping was excellent, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a spacious sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.
The only downside we experienced was the language barrier with some of the receptionist staff. However, this did not affect our overall satisfaction with our stay.
